I’m thinking of going back to a vegetarian diet again. I’ve been eating small amounts of meat for the past year now and I don’t feel half as happy and healthy as I used to. My hair and skin doesn’t look as healthy, my mood has dropped and I feel heavy and sluggish instead of light and energetic.
I’m planning to make a few self improvements over the next couple of weeks, my diet being one of them!

Seriously miss candles, incense and hot bubble baths.. All of which I use to wind down or de-stress at the end of a busy day, and at the moment I couldn’t be in a more stressful place! Roll on next year when I don’t have to abide by silly rules and I have a bath tub dammit!
